shipping and delivery


We offer free shipping across all over Kuwait.


We deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.


If the shipment has not been dispatched, you can change the delivery address by calling our customer care team.


If you received wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us and we will directly resolve the issue.

Returns and exchanges


You can return any item purchased online within 15 days of your purchase.

You can walk into any of our stores with your online receipt and we will gladly process the return for you. You can find the store timings and addresses in the store locator link found on the footer of this website. The refunded amount will be processed using the same payment method used to initially make the purchase. Please allow 5 business days to receive the refunded amount in your account.

You can also return any item from your online order by accessing the Start a Return link found on the footer of this website. Simply enter your order number and email address then follow the instructions online. Our delivery team will collect the item from you and a refund will be processed once the item is received.

Please note that the item to be returned must adhere to the following rules otherwise it will be returned to you:

1- Be in its original packaging with tags attached.

2- Not be altered or worn.

3- Not be a non returnable item like bodywear or underwear.


You can exchange any item purchased online within 15 days of your purchase.

You can find the store timings and addresses in the store locator link found on the footer of this website. You will receive store credit which you can use in any of our 8 stores in Kuwait. Unfortunately, the store credit cannot be used online.

Please note that the item to be exchanged must adhere to the following rules otherwise it will be returned to you:

3- Not be a non-returnable item like bodywear or underwear.


When you cancel or return items from your order, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to initially make the purchase. Cash payments for online orders will be refunded as a gift card that can only be used online and not in our physical stores. Refunds are allowed only up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

We accept the following payment methods:

1- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)

2- Debit cards (KNET)

3- You can also pay by COD (cash on delivery). You can pay cash upon receiving your items from our delivery team or you can pay using the SMS payment link which you will receive on your mobile phone.


After receiving your order confirmation email, you can track you order by clicking the order tracking link in the email. You can also click the Track My Order link at the bottom of the website and add your tracking number on our delivery partner's website. You can also call us to inquire about any order updates.  


If you created an account with us, you can login and view your order history.


You can request to cancel your order by sending us an email before the order is dispatched to you and we will gladly refund the amount back to your account.

alterations service


Yes, you can bring any item purchased online into one of the stores mentioned in the store locator link in the footer of this website with your online receipt and we will gladly send it to our inhouse alteration team at no extra charge. Please note that we will only accept items that have not been previously altered and that have been purchased online within 15 days.
