WHAT ARE YOUR TRADING HOURS?
ARE YOU ACCEPTING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES DURING THIS TIME?
Yes we are. Any online purchases that are being returned or exchanged will be subject to quarantine and sanitization in line with government health and safety guidelines.
ORDERS AND TRACKING
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE?
We accept the following payment methods:
1- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express)
2- Debit cards (KNET)
3- You can also pay by COD (cash on delivery). You can pay cash upon receiving your items from our delivery team or you can pay using the SMS payment link which you will receive on your mobile phone.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After receiving your order confirmation email, you can track you order by clicking the order tracking link in the email. You can also click the Track My Order link at the bottom of the website and add your tracking number on our delivery partner's website. You can also call us to inquire about any order updates.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Currently this service is not available. You will have to cancel the order or return the items for a refund and then place a new order. We are working on developing this option very soon.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can request to cancel your order by sending us an email before the order is dispatched to you and we will gladly refund the amount back to your account.
WHERE CAN I VEIW MY ORDER HISTORY?
If you created an account with us, you can login and view your order history.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO YOU CHARGE A SHIPPING FEE?
We do not charge any shipping fees to Kuwait for order above KD40. Orders below KD40 will be charged KD1 for delivery.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Currently we only ship to Kuwait. In the near future, we will be shipping to the rest of the GCC countries.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?
We will deliver all orders within 2-3 business days.
CAN I DELIVER TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to multiple addresses.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR AN EXISTING ORDER?
If the shipment has not been dispatched, you can change the delivery address by calling our customer care team at the number mentioned on the right of this page.
WHAT SHALL I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES MISSING, DAMAGED, OR INCOMPLETE?
If you received wrong, damaged or missing items, please contact us and we will directly resolve the issue.
CLICK AND COLLECT
WHAT IS CLICK AND COLLECT?
Our Click and Collect option allows you to collect your online purchases from any of our stores in Kuwait. We will inform you by email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your invoice along with a government issued ID in order to receive your order. If the order is not claimed after 7 days, we will proceed to refund the amount to your bank account and restock the items.
CLICK AND COLLECT LOCATIONS?
All our 8 Boss and Concorde locations are offering the Click and Collect service. You can find the store locations in the store locator link found at the footer of this website.
HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN COLLECT MY ORDER?
Orders placed between Friday and Wednesday will be ready for collection the next working day after 6 pm. Orders placed on Thursdays will be available for collection on Saturday after 6pm.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return any item purchased online within 30 days of your purchase.
You can walk into any of our stores with your online receipt and we will gladly process the return for you. You can find the store timings and addresses in the store locator link found on the footer of this website. The refunded amount will be processed using the same payment method used to initially make the purchase. Please allow 5 business days to receive the refunded amount in your account.
You can also return any item from your online order by accessing the Start a Return link found on the footer of this website. Simply enter your order number and email address then follow the instructions online. Our delivery team will collect the item from you and a refund will be processed once the item is received.
Please note that the item to be returned must adhere to the following rules otherwise it will be returned to you:
1- Be in its original packaging with tags attached.
2- Not be altered or worn.
3- Not be a non returnable item like bodywear or underwear.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can exchange any item purchased online within 30 days of your purchase.
You can walk into any of our stores with your online receipt and we will gladly process the exchange for you. You can find the store timings and addresses in the store locator link found on the footer of this website. You will receive store credit which you can use in any of our 8 stores in Kuwait. Unfortunately, the store credit cannot be used online .
Please note that the item to be exchanged must adhere to the following rules otherwise it will be returned to you:
1- Be in its original packaging with tags attached.
2- Not be altered or worn.
3- Not be a non returnable item like bodywear or underwear.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
When you cancel or return items from your order, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used to initially make the purchase. Cash payments for online orders will be refunded as a gift card that can only used online and not in our physical stores. Refunds are allowed only up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

ALTERATIONS
ARE YOU OFFERING ALTERATION FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE?
We sure are. You can bring any item purchased online into one of the stores mentioned in the store locator link in the footer of this website with your online receipt and we will gladly send it to our inhouse alteration team at no extra charge. Please note that we will only accept items that have not been previously altered and that have been purchased online within 30 days.
